******* transferring of money from one account to another

On Saturday 30 Apr 12:22, i just received a sms to say that Absa transferred R5875.97 to my personal loan that is in arrears. This happened without my permission ! How can any institution have such authority to just take money from a person's savings account and do as they please. I have contacted there Action line, and was told it takes 8 days to review this, whereafter I called the *** number where I was told by an agent, Phindile that they have a right to do so if an account is in arrears, without a person's permission! This to me constitutes the abuse by institutions to have access to all of a person's private affairs. According to legal advise this is ******** and I must not leave it be, specially because they now won't refund me the money that I need to pay urgent bills, more urgent than a personal loan. I am a widow who only earns one income, have a child of 10 and a mother of 75 to look after, and I cannot afford to have R5875.97 just taken from my account. If I am in arrears, why don't they follow the legal procedure then to blacklist me for the amount outstanding? At least then there will be a common agreement as to what I can afford to pay, and not just take your money.
