******* ********** DEDUCTION FROM ACCOUNT

On Saturday 28 November 2015 I have discovered that an ******* ********** deduction to the amount of R 3174.26 was deducted from my Absa Cheque account. This deduction was done by RCCS Bos J which is a partner of Absa Vehicle Finance.I received a settlement letter from Absa Vehicle finance and paid the amount on 29 October 2015. I have even e mailed them and sent them the proof of payment but they decided to ignore me. I phoned and left messages but they never called me back. I sent another e mail and they responded by saying that this is not Absa Vehicle Finance responsibility. Making a deduction from my personal account without my knowledge is ***** and no one can authorize this. I am opening a case with the police and Absa will be liable for *****.I am taking this matter to social media and Carte Blanche who is interested in this ********** transaction I demand the money back in my account by no later than Monday 30 November as Anette Jansen.of Absa vehicle finance has not responded to my proof of payment on my settlement amount. D M Mapoane of Absa approved and signed off the settlement amount and agreement letter and I paid as requested.
