******* deductions from ABSA
You've been deducting money from my account for "UNATH DR BAL FEE CHARGE" for 2nd month in row, the latest deduction went-off my account last night. I even called your call centre last month inquiring about this deduction and unfortunately your agent dropped my call while she was still investigating this matter and she didn't even bother to call me back. I don't understand why these deductions are taking place while my account has never been in arrears or negative and have never ever experienced a bounced debit order. Please return my money that you are *******ly deducting from my account.
