******* deduction of funds by Absa

I was charged a journal debit of R500 for an account that I never opened apprently I have 2 cheque account , the one is my everyday account the other is unknown to me I never opened it I have been into the bank on various occasions to complain they tell me there is nothing they can do I logged a complaint with Absa ***** division no answer ....I have spoken with the debt collectors and explained the situation but it's like speaking to a brick wall ....how am I been charged for an account I didn't apply for and no one including the the bank can help! Absa is this how you conduct business?
