Good Day,

Why is a unapproved debit order go through on my account. I thought ABSA is there to protect customers from people that takes money *******ly from your account when it is not due to fault of the customer.

This happenned 4 months ago and I had to pay R80 and it is now happenning again.

On the 26th April my account was debited with R507.48 from a company called National D81111.

I I have to change my account, then I think with all the hassles is to move my account to another bank for better protection.
