******* DEBIT OF MY ACCOUNT!
I had a JOURNAL DEBIT come off my account (R500) that I did not have any knowledge of nor consent to.
Only to find out its linked to some account I had been in branch to close a year ago!!! How can you deduct money from my accounts without my consent and for an account that shouldn't even be open!!!!!!!!!!
Calls just send me me pillar to post but no answers. I want this money back!
