I have been *******ly debited an extra amount on my vehicle finance without my consent, apparently it is Hollard vehicle insurance, however, I have comprehensive insurance with Discovery, upon contacting ABSA I was informed that I have to send proof of insurance to them as they "automatically" add insurance if I don't...

Utter nonsense, I have not given consent for this, I have not signed any documentation to approve this and I will not send any insurance info is this is a complete inconvenience to me, none of this has been discussed or confirmed with me... I will probably be changing my FSP because of this.

Thanks ABSA for treating a very long standing client this way!
