ILL TREATMENT THAT WE GOT FROM ABSA DURING THIS TIME OF GRIEVING

Hello peter we have a problem with Absa who doesn't want to pay out the death claim for my hubby's baby brother who died on the 02-08 2021 with unnatural cause they transferred the claim to their auditing team... fine their team said they have submitted their investigation... so now what we want from Absa the most is the payout of the claim then we want the explanation of this I'll treatment during this time... We made means to bury my husband's baby brother because Absa didn't give a damn about our claim.... We are so much disappointed..
