Ill mannered branch manager

<p>The Jane Furse ABSA bank manager by the name of Thembi Rachidi came to Capitec bank Jane Furse to harras another banks staff and its clients as she thinks that her bank is more superior than its competitions, which makes us wonder if Thembi knows what she is doing because we are not governod by emotions but the policies of the banks that we all serve,,,, ABSA is not her bank and if she feels that the competitor is doing something infuriating her or is against the policies of the bank she is remunerated to serve she should follow the channel of command and take it up, she does not set the ABSA policies and procedures, so she does not get to change them, she also doesn't have the right to harras the competitor's clients and its staff,,,, how can an entire BRANCH MANAGER leave her ABSA branch unattended to go to the other bank mainly Capitec Bank and cause an unnecessary scene with her staff memeber. What message is she displaying to the entire clientele irrespective of the competition as Thembi is the face of ABSA bank. We would highly appreciate it if you could deal with this matter accordingly and as soon as possible as this behaviour is completely unacceptable.</p>
