Ignorance from absa
Over 3 months been requesting one thing them to refund me the insurance one of their consultant took without my knowledge its ***** now, but they are ignoring me and saying they calling and advise I can make appointments, I work just like them but they seem to ignore that, wish I could involve ombudsman but do not have the time. I am really fed up with absa. I do not want Basani Hlungwane handling this as from April she has not assist in anything.

12 Aug 2019, 16:21I over overdraft last year in Gateway, then a 2nd one in Field branch, after a few months I see an amount if R23 keeps going off my account and I thought it was rewards later I learned I joined insurance for the over draft of which I never did, it was a *****ulence activity. So its been a while since the debit has going on not sure how many months.
