If you were a twin I would still choose you ABSA Maponya Mall. #WIN

Since the looting happened, I find myself like many other South Africans going to one of the only malls operating in the townships which is Maponya Mall. I bank with Absa and them like all the other banks situated there, the ques are extremely long. However this has not dampened the spirits of some of the staff at the Maponya mall branch. Yesterday I went for the second time this month and again, just like the first time I was over joyed when I left. Regardless of the fact that my query wasn't full resolved. I still left happy because everyone that assisted me especially the pregnant lady in customer services went out of their way, over delivered and under promised, always kept a smile on her face. Was empathetic, efficient and professional left me feeling like I can #WIN come hell or high water. I would like the to thank this lady and her collogues for reminding me why I keep choosing ABSA as my bank of choice over and over again. Because afterall, who does not want to #WIN
