If you send me my statement, I might actually pay

In June last year Virgin Money just stopped sending me my account statements (I receive them by email). In January, after the umpteenth harassing call asking about late payment I managed to get a statement out of them. (Guess what virgin? People are a lot more likely to pay up, if you could be bothered to let them know what they owe) Unfortunately, that appears to have been a once off. I haven't received any statements since then, but every month i get a phone call asking why I haven't paid my account.
