Yesterday (27/09/21) I went to ABSA Maponya Mall because I needed to adjust the amount debited to my savings account and also make a withdrawal in the same account. I was embarrassed and frustrated because I thought the process would be tedious and draining. But an angel came to my rescue, she was kind (as always), patient, and very sweet. She explained the process in detail and even educated me on how to manage my savings via the app. This angel's name is Lebohang Mokoena. Lebohang you're the true definition of "World Class 5 Star" Fantastic Customer Service. Because of You I will always choose ABSA as my Bank of choice and cannot wait to vote for Absa as the #1 Bank in South Africa.
