Disgraceful service! a Debit order comes off like clockwork on the 28th of each month but the installment is not appearing on my loan statement since the 28th of September (NOT my problem) . .. I got double debited and each week I call in for a refund since then I am told 3-5 days.. I have been patient and understanding for way longer than necessary, I need this sorted out ASAP so I can move to a more competent and service orientated banking Institution
