ID Application

Went to Absa bank in Sandton City for my son's 1st ID application on the 3rd of December 2025, we are still waiting for his ID 3 months down the line, we go there every week and the tell is the ID is not there yet, we call everyday without fail and the same story everyday. Home Affairs side the system shows that the ID is at the Absa branch and has been there since the 15th of December 2025. Please help I don't know what to do anymore.
