ICT Details not updated

I have been up and down with absa since February 2015 about a ********** loan account that was opened using my details. even today I do not have a house because absa promised me that they will remove they loan but and did not. After so many emotional aches and head aches I do not have a house , there is a ********** loan account in my name at absa, My credit profile is very bad and absa cannot do anything about, the management of absa seem not to care and they them selves cant even assist. Maybe justice is for the rich because they could sue absa fo the inconveniences related and poor as I am no one seems to care even absa themselves where the ********** loan account was opened.
