I would like to take this moment to thank Eunice Khoza for her excellent service today, i took out a new policy with Absa idirect and i need a few things explained to me , she was patient and walked me through the terms and conditions of the policy, even explained the benefits on cover. Her professionalism just warmed my heart and made it easy for me to understand, i know she mentioned she was in the claims department but my query was to find out about the cover she knows her work and i am glad i wasn't told to hold so that someone else could explain, keep up the great work.
