I wasn't listened to

I arrived at the bank and a lady printed me a ticket I asked to see a lady by the name of Barbara who helped me previously se was exceptional so I sit and wait for my ticket number which got called and I said to the gentleman I want to be helped by Barbara and no one else as she is the only lady that takes time to explain anything I don't understand she treats me with respect and integrity he said to me no problem just have a seat and she will attend to you 1 hour later I was still waiting I got up and left eventually as I didn't want to make trouble for anyone why is it that no matter which branch I go to I'm always encountering problems so I ask myself the question why am u still banking with absa as you guys don't value me
