I WAS UNFAIRLY DISCRIMINATED

****** is a strong word but maybe it should be the best word to describe my situation. I bought a company from a white guy who was a surety to the R150,000.00 overdraft facility on the company. l took over the company inclusive of the overdraft facility. We had a meeting with the banker and agreed that l will have to pay for the overdraft facility on certain conditions being met by the seller. And they promised me that they will not get involved in the disagreements between the buyer and seller. <br> <br> l told the bank repeatedly that l'm willing to pay the overdraft facility but l still have a problem with the seller. The seller is owing me money which he should either pay to me or pay towards the overdraft and l will take full responsibility for the balance.<br> <br> The bank is now getting involved on the matter and clearly they are on the seller's side. The bank is indirectly forcing me to just pay the outstanding amount and ignoring the surety. This matter hasn't made it to the courts as yet but the bank is refusing me to open accounts, even investment accounts but the seller(surety) for the same account is allowed to with the same bank. Different treatment between black and white - ******!
