Absa life been taking my money since 2010 for an life insurance and a all money back savings. Now when its time to pay out my 20% cash back.I was told that i have to serender the policy if i want my money What a waste of my 10 years wait .So Absa this is false advetising

I have another life policy with Sanlam omw what great service I got from them ask them to send my policy document today and i got it today

Absa will make you wait and sweat for your own money they ignore your email it takes them days to get back to you
