I was called arrogant

ABSA has debited R2400 from my transactional account without notifying me I have a revolving loan with ABSA which I am struggling to pay, The account has been handed over to attorneys for collection which I have been liaising with for payment arrangement on the account. Yes I am at fault by not servicing the account due to reasons I have given to the attorneys. I went to the branch to find out why was the money debited, then was advised that the attorneys are to be contacted for further clarity...the lovely lady Charnell(Sandrige branch)called the attorneys who referred me to ABSA recoveries.<br> <br> My Nightmare started when I spoke to a Ziaad,I explained to him my situation and begged that they reverse the recovered amount as I am left with no money to get by.He then told there is nothing he can do for and I am not even sure if I will get a lump sum to pay off the account ,He called arrogant and threatened to put the phone down on me as the conversation is not going anywhere, I pleaded with him to speak to somebody else who will atleast listen to me. I then gave the phone to Angie(auditor) to speak to this his majesty Ziaad he gave her the same attitude
