I was assisted by Cebiile Sithole.i would like to commend her customer service skills.She is very good.I have been calling ABSA wanting my policy to be reviewed and never received any help but today I was lucky to come across Cebisile who took her time to attend to my query and request She was very Patient and it didn't take her long to understand what I wanted and to jump in and assist.Her level of professionalism is something that touched over and above.The world would be a better place if had client service consultants who are as good as Cebisile.My frustration is now gone because of the assistance I received from her.She is a real star and an expert in her job.I could give her a rating of 10 out of 5 displaying her level of excellence in her job.
