I want my refund

I would like to report Absa Bank. I bought a car with the bank. It got on arrears then I made arrangements with the bank to pay installment plus arrears which ended up being R20000 a month. That is a total of installments plus interest. I've been faithful to the agreement ever since. By that time the remaining balance was R200000 plus. When the balance was almost paid up they sent the sheriff to collect my car but I've been paying faithfully. When the sheriff came I asked to make arrangements and I paid the whole balance. I was now left with R63000 but I paid R129000. After that when I wanted my car back they told me about legal costs then I paid them. They took my car to Boksburg while I'm in Nelspruit. I went and fetched my car there with my own petrol. You know what when I paid up the car I had paid an extra of R42000 now Absa doesn't want to pay me back. I don't owe them anything but they have blacklisted me. I want Absa to refund me and also remove me from ITC
