I want my money from Absa trust

My lowyer put my PRASA money into Absa Trust but I was 30 years. Write now iam confused because the man who is in charge with my money is not available. The man is Aviwe Dyili he is not willing to help me with my money, and when I want to request the money for building my home he said I can't request the huge amount of money because he is still waiting for some documents from other departments, it was 15 December 2025 he said I'm going to requested the amount of R20. 0000 only. I want to know if it get the interest because the lowyer said it is going to get an interest of 25% every month. I hope it is on the safe hand. I want to speak to the manager who is clearly tell me what going on.
