I want it fixed

Well in the begging of the year i went tomake me a new card by absa coz my card chip wouldn't allow me to swipe. I got there and the consultant told me i havr to use a cheque account coz my salary is too much for the savings account that im using. And i never agreed to the cheque account. Now a few months later im unemployed and the cheque account is still open and now i have to pay. The bank have a fine cheeck to hand me over to lawyers after i was at the bank explained my situation they opened a new savings account and said that the cheque account will be closed and still im receiving these threats from their lawyers if they dont do anything about this i will most definitely take this further and sue them im sick now and this is affecting my credit report
