I want all my money given to Absa life under false pretenses and I want it today not tomorrow not always but today

I went into a branch to reverse a debit order I had cancelled at the branch a coulple Of times last year even reversing the debit order signing it in contravention with my contract. On Monday when I went to reverse the debit order again I was told I couldn’t as it doesn’t appeared on the branch and ABSA life would not reverse it until they listen to a recording I made I. March the main reason for the policy was for my ex and since I couldn’t cover him I asked to cancel the policy. Now the branch said that never reversed anything for me I was lying they sent me document amounting to 50 pages which I have yet to receive.
