I want a statement

So this bank is a ******** bank bought a car in 2015 Installment is R3000, 2021 They say I still owe R61000. They can provide me with a statement. I have been asking a statement since Jan. Please be careful which bank you buy a car with. The call centre so *********** you will be shocked.
