I waited for 5 to 7 working days for a paid up letter from Absa, but even today I am still waiting.

On the 4th March I called absa personal loan recovery center requesting for an update on my credit beaurue then I was told that before they do that they need first to request for a paid-up letter, and I was told that the paid up letter will take 5 to 7 working days. I was assisted by Vusi who told me that she will CC me on the email when she request but to my surprised I never got the email. So I waited for 5 to 7 working days and call again but this time I didn't get hold of Vusi, then the lady gave me the email of the department that deal with that paid up letter. And I send the email which says they will reply after 10 business day, the question that I am asking myself is did Vusi do her job, if she did by now I would have receive my paid up letter, why should a person need to suffer just to get a simple paid up letter. I am really disappointed, I didn't expect that from a professional bank like Absa.
