I've already paid this bill!!!!

In 2013 I paid the loan and credit card debt I had with Absa and in turn what had taken place was that they have put it on my credit record again! From 2013 till 2015 my credit record showed clear but now it's appearing on it again! What is happening??? I called Absa when I saw,it reflecting on my credit report on the 7/04/2016 - I was promised a call back but this never took place, they are quick to make people's credit status unpleasant but not quick to follow up on an urgent query. Today is the 18/04/2016 and I still have not received a call back from Dikiledi and her manager who was on the call for a bit and then gave the phone back to her, without saying anything, this is very unprofessional... I want my details sorted out!?<br> <br> I want this sorted out or I will take further action! This is ridiculous!? It's more than a week and because of this a job offer has been declined! This better be sorted out asap! <br> <br> I want my details off your system! Don't save my details, don't sent me correspondence, you guys make me sick!? The only feedback I want is that this is resolved!
