I think I must close my account

I stand in que at client services for longer than one hour! Only 3 persons in front of me in the que! Only one persent that help clients!!! Unacceptable to stand longer than one hour in que!!after I have been one and half hour in bank they could'nt even helped me!!!I think this bank need new personal to help the client's as the personal that work there don't know their jobs!! When I left there was 11 clients in the que! I wish them luck!!I think i must close my account at absa after many years! And I won't accept any apolliges from absa northam!
