I sent them an email asking them to change my debit order date and the are refusing to do so
I sent them an email asking them to change my debit order date and the are refusing to do so. They are telling me that they know I get paid on the 22nd of which that is not true. I even sent them my payslips to prove that I get paid on the last day of the month and still they are refusing to change the date
