I REGRET MOVING TO ABSA BANK 3MONTHS AGO

I paid my Absa Vehicle account via EFT on the 25th August 2023 (The first account to be paid) the money exited my account and was reserved throughout the weekend of the 26th August 2023.

On Monday, 28th I noticed that the amount was reflecting as 'unpaid amount' I contacted Absa to find out why the amount was taking so much time to update (as the same issue of payments taking longer to clear has happened several times before)

Later on that day when I checked on my App the amount paid was reflecting correctly and said: "Amount Paid" thank you. (Proof of App payment attached) I was then releaved. Phapha next day the Vehicle team calls me to tell me they Didn't receive my payment and that my account is in erreas.????

I contact Absa via email to find out if there was a glitch or if my money just disappeared? What is happening? Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or response the first 2times I enquired. On my 3rd attempt is when the 'below small trail of emails took place' It's unfortunate that I have moved my Salary to Absa 3Months ago. Hoping for a better service.

The amount R3 364.14 is alot of money and it can't just dissappear. Please help trace the amount and why did I not receive a refund notification? This is really scary. Absa Vehicle Finance calls me everyday. I am in Sales and i can't be on My phone everyday. They want me to negotiate a repayment structure BUT How do I? If I have made the payment. I have asked them to step in and assist but nobody sees important to come back to me with feedback or assistance.

Very bad Service for a Bank.
