I REGRET EVEN ASKING ABSA TO FINANCE MY CAR. WORST MISTAKE EVER

I am angry with Absa bank no service at all. i settled my account in January for the car finance and even received the ENatis papers and i was under debt review. Today the 16/03/2020 at 8:15am i called ABSA debt review department asking for a paid up letter since i am looking for accomodation they need paid up letter. I called them and they told me they can give me the settlement letter because the account is still not close, please note that i asked for settlement and paid up everything and got the papers car is under my name now. they tell me they cant give me the letter they still need to to investigate. its been three months i settled my account and still they havent closed it. This is delaying my life ABSA as i neeed accomodation very soon and they need that paid up letter as in today the agency. I am going to be without accomodation because of you ABSA for delaying my life. how long does it take for you to close my account? I am lodging a complaint with NCR too this is frustrating. Please sort out this as soon as possible as i need that paid up letter very soon. Why should you delay my life like this while i paid you? Please sort this out because when i call you you dont assist at all.
