I received a sms notification advising me that my debit order will be collected before the 25th should it fall on a Weekend or public holiday

I received a sms notification advising me that my debit order will be collected before the 25th should it fall on a Weekend or public holiday. I called the call centre to say I’m not okay with this as I never get paid before the 25th. The agent says that’s okay we will debit again on the 25th. I then ask her who will be liable for the fees incurred and she had no idea and advised I send an email. I then send an email and after a whole day get an email response from TEFO LAKA to say I must call the call centre with possibly the worst grammar o have seen. Please could someone competent call me if they exist in your organization to resolve this ridiculous issue. Regards
