I received a phone call from the Lady telling me that she is from Absa

I received a phone call from the Lady telling me that she is from Absa.Telling me that I have not claim my rewards now I should go to my app with her so that she can load my rewards.I did that because she also mention my ID Numbers.She was telling guiding me through the app.Now I really really need my money,to top it all,I have been with Absa for the past 30 years for them to treat me like this😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔I'm hurting as a single parent let my money go just like that.
