I really think absa is useless

<p>I have an account with absa and I recently found out that R2900.00 was deducted last months and also this months and when I asked in Absa Protea Gardens branch they said it's Nedbank loans that are deducting the money. I asked the manager how can Nedbank deduct money from my account as I didn't give them my account number and the instructions to do so. I was told that they got my details from somewhere else and I must raise the issue with them. My biggest problem is how did they get my account, who gave them permission to deduct my hard earned money. This account has been compromised cause of this and Absa need to take full responsibility thereof.</p>
