I Noluncedo Funeka Mabetshe would like absa trust to change my trust officer who is ***ca as he is very *********** doesn't care, his line always off or rings with no response, doesn't respond to emails but when I call the switch board they give me the number that he doesn't answer as his direct line. I submitted a request via email but I have to make means to call him in order for the request to be submitted. I submitted on 3rd March 2025 a quotation for my daughter and he said in 10 working days up until today nothing from Absa and I can't get him on the.
