I never thought buying a car was this a nightmare

Good morning Peter<br> On the 13 of May 2015 I app**** for finance from Absa through CMH Randburg as I wanted to buy a car there. They took all the documents they needed from. I submitted them all same day. I was called the following day telling me that I was approved and I will be getting my car soon. 2 days passed and I was still not with a car cause ABSA was verifying my drivers licence and since it was a temp it was going to take longer. Days passed and now cause still waiting for the answer. And during that time they go back to check my credit and it was spoiling my score. I don't know why they kept doing that. I would love to get clear understanding from that as I am very furious. 7 working days passed still with no car and I still get the same response that they are still waiting to verify my drivers licence since I was a new driver. Then 26 of May 2015 my dealer calls telling me my application was declined shock of my life cause according to me everything was fine. And now I'm left with a damaged credit score and no car after 10 working days. I stay in a area whereby you need a car because public transport its rear and there's a lot of *******.
