I need urgent help

On 21 March 2016 I (tried to) open an estate account for my late father's estate at ABSA Middelburg Mall. It was done and I was told to make a deposit of R500-00 to activate the account. I tried making the deposit in every possible way, but to no avail. I complained and queried the problem practically every day - I cannot even remember how many times since the account was opened. The attorney deposited money into the account, it was paid back to them. I was asked to bringall the documents to the bank again on 30 April 2016. The account is still not usable. In the meanwhile I had to pay an extra R8000-00 in rent for a house my mother bought, which would not have happened, had the account been available to pay the money from the estate to the owner. I've been patient, kind, helpful, you name it, but I cannot take it anymore. I don't know what to do. ABSA is now costing me a lot of money. The rent, the numerous telephone calls, time off from work, driving to the bank. It is really getting ridiculous. The reasons that were given to me, was that it is a FICA problem: 1. My personal bank account and the estate account has different street addresses - one in English and one in Afrikaans. (I fail to see what my personal bank account has to do with this account, since I had to bring all the FICA documents with me to open this account, although my own account has been FICA'd recently) 2. The next thing my postal code on my home address and on my street address are not the same. (This is so in practically every town with different street and postal addresses). 3. The third excuse is that the contract was not signed. I know that I did sign it, and it was resigned on the 30th of April 2016. 4. I'm anxiously awaiting reason number 4, since it is apparently not FICA's yet. Well, that is what it looks like to me. I hope someone can help me, since I am now at my wit's end.
