I need to put the car on my name in order for my daughter to sell it.

I bought a City Golf for my daughter about 13 years ago, after the car was paid up I requested the original license papers. By the time I received them my daughter had an accident with the car and we never put it in her name. Now there is a garage that wants to buy the car and when I took the papers (still in the envelope as I received them from the bank and never opened) and the license registration paper and the license transfer letter from the proxy is copies and they need the original papers. After numerous calls and hours holding on to listen to confused workers at ABSA and promises from them to mail me forms to fill in to ask for the papers I'm still waiting for months!

Please please please what can I do to get my original registration papers to put the car in my name?????
