I need someone that can explain the contractors quotation

<p>I was advised by the bank that they will not make my first payment on my building loan because the banks contractors quote was R 2 255 000 and was i granted a R 1 200 000 loan. I need to come up with the difference which is R 1 055 000. My contractor quoted me R 1 500 000 and the difference is R 300 000. I requested the quotation to understand where the amount comes from. I received the quotation and requested someone that can explain to me where these amounts come from. I have been in contact with Louise Smit who is unable to explain anything to me. The amounts on the quote are ridiculous. Why would i want to put in kitchen units worth R 85 000, Wall tiles R 67 000, Floor covering R 90 200, carpentry R 72000. I cannot use finishing that I cannot afford. My plot is 1ha i will not be able to fence and pave it now but that amount is included. I don't even know what glazing is. I need someone that can explain all these to me. The construction on the property has halted since December and now the contractor want to move to other projects. What is more fustrating is that i have to call and no one is getting back to me</p>
