I need my money ASAP

Hi I received Absa cash send on Tues and yesterday I tried to retrieve the money but the ATM kept in giving me an error 'TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED 55' I confirmed with the person who sent me the money the pin they created and I received the SMS and the person who sent me the money confirmed that the money already left their account.

Please Assist ASAP

Hello can someone from ABSA help or attempt to even assist cause this is really pathetic that I can't get my money. I wrote to you Fri and it's Sun now and no one has bothered to assist me.
