I need help with absa because my business account with FNB it's blocked because of this ***** but I can't wait for 3years because my business it's closed because of this

My references with absa am still reported at SAFPS it's 3 years waiting for reply my references they are more than 4 1. C-***4 2. C-***1 3. C-***6 4. C-***7

Even now am still under SAFPS when I contact SAFPS they say the is nothing that I could do so please tell me what to do now because I can't even open an account

Where must I send those documents to show that my things were ****** because at absa branches they can't help me
