I need assistance with decrease of loan installmen

I have a personal loan with Absa and since Nomember 2014 I am unemployed. I went to Absa three times to make arrangements and they said o cannot make arrangements because my account ow up to date. I have been receiving messages to make arrangements and then I phoned the loan section. I was informed they cannot make arrangement but put note on the system. I am trying my best to pay the loan but no one wants to assist me. I would appreciate if someone who ie willing to assist me contact me.
