I know i owe Absa money but I'm entrenched and still attempting to pay you off but you keep debitting the full amount

In February 2018 I made a payment arrangement on my Absa personal loan.

The full amount got debitted again and Absa was adamant no payment arrangement was made. I than told Absa to go and search for calls made to my cellphone number and they all of a sudden found the call and confirmed an arrangement was done. A refund was done to my account for the difference. This month again I was called and made an arrangement with a Chanine or Janine and I said it must be the same as February and lo and behold the full amount was debitted again. I spoke to a Netebezele on Friday who said she can't do nothing I must go to the branch and I went to the branch and they told me they cannot reverse the amount. Only personal loans department can assist. I spent R110 calling Absa to get this sorted and it is still not. I am damn aware I owe Absa the money and it's not like I don't want to pay I was retrenched and I am at least attempting to make a payment rather abscond. According to the fais regulation you are in contravention of our payment arrangement.

Can this be rectified once and for all. I want the full amount returned and i will make a manual payment as we borh had agreed on
