I have no credit card with you! Now I have to pay?

You guys handed me over because Im not paying my credit card.<br> <br> I do not have a credit card what so ever with you guys. I requested the document where I signed for it and where I ever accepted a credit card from you.<br> <br> I am seriously upset but I cant use foul language. This needs to sorted out today as I am leaving on vacation on Sunday. <br> <br> According to you there has been debit orders going off. Please also provide me with an account number where the debit order comes from because Ive never seen any debit order go off my Standard bank account ever since 2012. This is the year the credit card has been opened. Ive never received a single invoice and with my security questions with my bond they asked if I have more than 1 credit card and the correct answer is NO and that was correct.<br> <br> Contact me immediately, somebody that can help me immediately.
