I have logged a call of a leaking roof last month when there were severe rains and still have not received any communication regarding my claim from the insurance after making several follow-ups.This seem to be a tendency as it also happened last year when I claimed and when I mafe enquiries I found that my claim was denied without even notifying me.I suspecting the same with this current claim .My ceiling is damaged and can fall anytime which is dangerous for my family due to Absa,s previously denied claims and the damage is still continuing
