I have finished paying my handed over accounts and sent them the paid up letters a year ago
I have finished paying my handed over accounts and sent them the paid up letters a year ago. They said my name will be updated in 21 working days on the credit bureau but till today I'm stuck there and it affect my credit score badly. When I call them again they say they cannot find my account with them anymore...
