I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to have my claim from the bad weather storm that hit Pretoria on the first of December and to this day they have delayed or not sent out people to assist with damages

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to have my claim from the bad weather storm that hit Pretoria on the first of December and to this day they have delayed or not sent out people to assist with damages. I’ve called and emailed, now they say it rejected but have not accepted or reviewed any of the contractors reports
