I have been waiting for my policy documents for years

Good day Absa I have been paying for a policy for years but I've never received any documents and decided to give one consultant a call on the 1st of September he promised to email me the documents within 2 hours and I am still waiting. Called again spoke to Dimakatso who asked me to hold for more than 10 minutes for her to email my documents. Please do me a favor: 1) Please email me the required documents OR 2) please pay all my money that I've been paying all these years with interest, please. If you fail to email please hand deliver it to me.

I am tired of wasting money and energy to speak to your consultants about the one and the same thing again and again. Do not tell me you posted the documents because there have been strikes in the entire world every now and then.
